STC Control
This control is the quickest way to generate a profile. The touchscreen monitor can be easily operated by intuition and leads you graphically to your hosen profile. Through simple operation and numerous stored wheel profiles you can economically grind individual parts or series. All functions of the machines are actuated via the graphic controls and all messages are shown in plain text.
Various clearly structured grinding programs are permanently stored:
- Reciprocate grinding
- Plunge grinding
- ECO grinding (combined plunge and reciprocate grinding)
- Step grinding
- Slot grinding
- Grinding with manual infeed
Set up of workpieces, grinding wheels and dressers is easily done by “teaching”.
After the parametes have been set for the profiles, dressing of the grinding wheels is accomplished automatically using table or head mounted dressers. It is also possible to relief dress the grinding wheels. The grinding wheel administration system allows the user to call up previously defined and stored profiles at any time.
The option to change parameters during grinding with immediate effect allows users to achieve optimum quality, even with difficult materials or applications.
