Service Rates

| Overtime | $210 per hour |
| Double-Overtime | $280 per hour |
| Travel Time | $90 per hour |

| Meals | Daily allowance of $55 per day |
| b) Standard Machines (includes standard SPS and Comfort machines) | |
| Regular | $115 per hour |
| Overtime | $172.50 per hour |
| Double-Overtime | $230 per hour |

Note: Travel time to and from the customer's site is charged at the travel time rate. Minimum charge is four (4) hours. Miscellaneous charges (i.e. parking & tolls) are charged to the customer's account. |

II. Standard Terms and Conditions |

| 1. Working hours | |
| Regular: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM | |
| Overtime: Monday through Friday over 8 hours/day up to 12 hours/day Saturday, up to 12 hours/day | |
| Double-Time: Sundays and Holidays and Monday through Saturday over 12 hours/day | |
| 2. A return trip to the Service Engineer's home base must be provided once every two (2) weeks Travel will be in accordance with hourly travel charges. |

| 3. All prices listed exclude taxes. | |
| 4. All quoted prices apply only to ELB products installed in the Continental U.S.A. and Canada | |
| 5. A service contract becomes effective only after acceptance by ELB America, Inc. | |
| 6. All prices are subject to change without notice. | |
| 7. Arrival or response times are only estimates. | |
| 8. Service charges are invoiced upon completion of work. Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. | |
| 9. Prices listed do not include parts. Parts are covered in accordance to the ELB America, Inc. Machine Warranty terms and conditions or are purchased separately by the customer. |
