ELB - Comfort Control
This control allows you to have a rapid and secure grip on your ELB machine. The easy to use interface was developed together with experienced grinding operators and is ideally suited for single part, small series or mass production. All the functions can be switched on and off directly by push buttons and all messages are shown in plain text.
Various clearly structured grinding programs are permanently stored:
- Reciprocate grinding
- Plunge grinding
- ECO grinding (combined plunge and reciprocate grinding)
- Grinding with manual infeed
Set up of workpieces, grinding wheels and dressers is easily done by “teaching”. For fully automatic dressing the grinding machines can be equipped with table or wheel head mounted dressers.
The option to change parameters during grinding with immediate effect allows to achieve optimum quality, even with difficult materials or applications.
The ELB-Comfort control allows both newcomers and experienced operators to produce finished ground parts in a quick and secure way.
